Referrals

Referrals will be accepted from GP practices via E-referrals Service using the REGO form.

Criteria: Adults registered with a GP in Havering who have musculoskeletal conditions.

Exclusions: Housebound patients who are receiving a care package. People who are residents of nursing homes. Anyone who has been under the care of a consultant at the Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT) for the same condition in the last six months.
