Transforming services to provide better care and a new Whipps Cross fit for the future

Whipps Cross Annual Report Cover

The proposed Whipps Cross redevelopment is more than about building a hospital. It is also an opportunity to deliver system-wide transformation.

Across the local area, service transformations programmes have been created to improve service delivery and tackle health inequalities. To monitor the progress of many of these programmes – particularly the ones that will have the biggest impact on the size and scope of the new hospital - an integrated delivery framework (IDF) has been established, consisting of representatives from local councils and NHS organisations.

Each year the progress of these schemes is reported on and this year’s annual report has just been published. You can read more here: https://futurewhipps.bartshealth.nhs.uk/the-integrated-delivery-framework
