NELFT participate in Mental Health Awareness Day partnership event
Colleagues from NELFT joined several partners at an event as part of Mental Health Awareness Day on Thursday 12 May at the Mercury Centre in Romford.
In support of NELFT services the following Havering service teams took part:
- Access Assessment & Brief Intervention
- Older Adults Mental Health Team and Memory service
- CAMHS
- Talking Therapies (IAPT) Service
- Community recovery team
Partners included: Network Rail – Anglia, Mind in North East London’s Safe Connections, Romford BID Company, Talk 4 Health, Coop, Public Health - Health champions, Change Grow Live and Havering Samaritans.
In thanking the whole service, Robert Ellis, Social Inclusion and Resources Manager said:
“I got the feeling from members of the public that they found this event extremely useful. The Liberty was a perfect location.”
Lucy Millard, Lead Patient Safety Specialist said:
