NELFT appoints new Non-Executive Director
NELFT is pleased to announce the appointment of our new Non-Executive Director, Caroline Dollery.
Caroline has forty years experience in the healthcare industry, including work as a GP partner at Beacon Health Group since 1995 and has operated as the Chair at Mid Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, the East of England Clinical Director for Mental Health, the Health Representative on Police Restorative Justice Board, National Suicide Prevention Advisory Group (NSPAG) and Chair of Medicine Optimisation for Mid Essex.
She is currently the Clinical Director at Aegros Primary Care Network (PCN) as well as a Trustee at three charities: Kids Inspire, which specialises in children and young people focused trauma therapy, Open Road, a commissioned substance misuse charity, and Rural Community Council of Essex, which supports access to services in rural communities and reducing isolation.
Caroline’s expertise in the development and delivery of strategic plans and health improvement plans is clear and we are looking forward to working with her for the benefit of NELFT.
Caroline said:
“My goal in joining as a primary care NED is to help us involve all the system in designing and delivering excellent holistic care at all stages in a person’s life and to support families and carers effectively.
“I am a firm believer in integrating physical and mental health services and in showing impact for service users and their families and carers.”
