Executive Director of Partnerships, Selina Douglas, takes on the role of CEO at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust
Selina Douglas, Executive Director of Partnerships will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust (LCH).
Selina joined NELFT in 2021 and has previously held the role of managing director for Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest Integrated Care Partnership. She has an adult social care background and has held a number of senior commissioning and operational roles over the last fifteen years.
Selina also worked for a national third sector organisation, Turning Point, as managing director for three years where she led a number of high-profile projects including rebuilding of prisons, probation contracts and increasing learning disability services across the organisation.

Selina Douglas, who will be taking on her new role as LCH CEO in the new year, said:
