Diabetes information sessions for 16 to 19 year olds living in mid and south Essex

The sessions are available to young people living in Chelmsford, Maldon, Braintree, Castle Point and Rochford, Thurrock, Southend, Basildon, Brentwood and Southend.

You have a choice to either attend an online session, face to face event, or choose to attend both.

•  Time: 2-4pm
•  Sign up via Eventbrite here

Face to face session

Both sessions are free to attend and will provide information and answer all your questions about adult topics such as alcohol management and dealing with exam stress. It is also a good way to find out who your adult diabetes team are and how they might work differently to children’s services.

You can bring a family member or caregiver if you wish.
