HENRY forms part of the Children and Family Centre offering support that is open to all expecting parents and carers of children under 5. They provide Infant Feeding support by phone, video call or through drop in sessions. Their helpline number is: 0207 961 9073.

They also run face to face and online workshops to explore key milestones and health topics for families such as:

• Starting Solids
• Healthy Teeth
• Eating Well for Less

Healthy Eating and Dental Health drop in sessions are available in each of the Children and Family Centres, so families can pop by with a question to help support healthy lifestyles for all the family.

Referral required and eligibility

You can self refer. Their services are free to all Waltham Forest residents with a child under 5.

 

BeeZee Bodies

Beezee Bodies is a free family lifestyle service. They provide a Free, fun, family focused programmes to help you and your children make healthy habits for life. They provide online classes, mentoring and weekly meetings to help families make better fitness and diet choices.

They offer:

• Expert guidance on healthy eating and exercise from our family wellbeing specialists.
• Take part online or after school in your local community, whatever works for you.
• Learn how to turn small, easy changes into long lasting healthy habits.
• Get moving every week with family-friendly fun and games.

Referral required and eligibility

• No referral required. You can self-refer. Their services are free to all Waltham Forest residents for children aged 5-17 years.
