Referrals

Referrals will be accepted by faxing or posting referral form direct to the service.

Criteria: People who have a wound on the lower leg for longer than six weeks without any signs of healing. Existing known patients to the leg ulcer service with recurrence of leg ulceration. Patients living in Waltham Forest, and/or, those registered with in Waltham Forest GP.

Exclusions: Non complex wounds.
