Referrals

Referrals will be accepted from parents/guardians, GPs, and other professionals in health, education and social care, through SPA. Referral forms should be faxed or posted directly to the service details in the form.

Criteria: Patients who display communication or feeding difficulty. Patients under 16 years old who are registered with a GP in Redbridge. The age limit is extended to 19 years old for those with a statement of special educational need. We also see patients aged up to 19 years old who are registered with a GP in a different borough if they attend a special school in Redbridge.
