Referrals
Referrals are accepted from GPs and other Health Care Professionals via the Havering Single Point of Access (SPA).

Criteria

  • Clients must be registered with a Havering or Barking & Dagenham GP
  • Clients over the age of 18 with complex continence needs requiring specialist nursing advice and intervention
  • Residential Home clients

Exclusions

  • Not registered with a Havering or Barking & Dagenham GP
  • Clients requiring only continence pad provision (excluding residential home clients)
