Referrals will be accepted from healthcare professionals and GPs, through single point of access (SPA) or by self-referral direct to the service.

Criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's Disease plus syndromes such as progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy and corticobasia degeneration, motor neurone disease, dystonia or multiple sclerosis devic's disease.
