In light of the recent protests and violence unfolding, we understand that many of you may be experiencing heightened anxiety, fear, anger and uncertainty. This is particularly true for individuals who already struggle with mental health issues or those who feel vulnerable due to a physical condition.

We have brought together advice for anyone who is currently struggling and information on what support is available. 

The event will offer free blood pressure checks and health and wellbeing advice and support, such as stopping smoking. The 0 – 19 Children and Young People team will be available for all general advice, infant feeding and breastfeeding support. Specialists will be available to provide information about the perinatal mental health services, and school health service.
