Last week I had the privilege of attending an open day about Open Dialogue with local services, NHS trusts across the country but also researchers from all over the world – testament to the fact that the story of open dialogue is a global one, a truly global movement.

On 5 July 2024, the NHS will mark 76 years of service. NELFT is taking the opportunity to share staff stories and the contributions they have made to the Trust and to the NHS.

Isabel Robson has an extraordinary 50 years of service in the NHS and has spent 15 of those years at NELFT.

Satha Alaganandasundaram, who is a Finance Business Partnering Manager within NELFT’s Corporate Services, will soon be celebrating his 20^th anniversary with the NHS. 

As part of Pride Month, NELFT is encouraging allies of the LGBT+ community to get involved with Pride and the events taking place across the month.

Sally Wemyss is a community staff nurse in our School Health team in Redbridge, she is a full-time carer to her daughter Sienna and has worked part time at NELFT for over 11 years.
