Staff governors
When staff join NELFT they are automatically registered as members of the trust and can take part in staff governor elections and contact their staff representative with their views.
How do I raise an issue with a governor?
To contact the governor for your constituency, please contact us on 0300 555 1200 ext 54606 or via corporate.affairs@nelft.nhs.uk who will pass your message to your representative.

Tania Payne
Redbridge
Tania works as a Mental Health Chaplain based at Goodmayes Hospital where she works on acute mental and physical health rehabilitation units supporting staff, patients and relatives.
She is also an Anglican Priest who has a background in Pastoral Ministry, Further Education, Health and Social Care, Substance Misuse and Criminal Justice. Tania is a keen advocate for mental, spiritual and physical health and wellbeing; is married with two children and three grandchildren.
She is a keen advocate for Just & Compassionate Leadership, EDI, and is interested in addressing health inequalities.
