I am a dedicated mental health nurse and proud to serve as a governor for Barking and Dagenham. With a deep passion for promoting mental well-being, my role revolves around advocating for the mental health needs of our community and ensuring that their voices are heard. 

Community engagement is at the core of my work as a governor. I actively participate in community events, workshops, and educational programs, where I have the opportunity to promote mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and empower individuals to seek help when needed. By fostering partnerships with local organisations, schools, and community leaders, I work towards creating a supportive network that promotes mental well-being and resilience.
