Kahlo ward is an inpatient mental health unit for female adults aged 18 and over. The service cares for women suffering from acute mental health problems, and are in crisis who cannot be cared for at home due to the level of risk they present to themselves or others. The ward team includes a medical team, consultant psychiatrist, nurses and occupational therapists.
