Every staff member within NELFT has a dedicated quality improvement lead, based within the NELFT Quality Improvement Services, who's mission it is to support and guide you on your quality improvement journey. The Quality Improvement Services ICD Leads want to meet you and help you become part of the change. We'd encourage you to take this opportunity to ask any questions you may hold and most importantly tell us how we can assist you.
