Join us to hear about the work Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT), North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) and Provide Community are doing to have joined up community services in mid and south Essex.

The meeting is due to take place on:
25 July 2024 (11:00 – 13:00)  at  The Lodge, Lodge Approach (St. Luke’s Way), Wickford, Essex SS11 7XX.

You will able to observe the meeting and ask any questions relating to the items discussed at the end of the meeting. Please submit any questions in advance of the meeting to ensure these can be answered on the day. Questions can be asked on the day, but may need to be followed-up outside the meeting.
