Neil is a qualified accountant with over 25 years’ experience primarily in the public sector, most recently as Chief Executive at the Single Source Regulations Office (SSRO), an executive non-departmental public body responsible for the regulation of single source, or non-competitive defence contracts. Previous experience includes a range of senior and leadership roles in the NHS and Local Government culminating in 12 years at the Audit Commission.

Neil is currently also a Member at the Flourish Learning Academy Trust in Walthamstow and is a Member of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee at The University of Sheffield.
