Colin joined the Board as a NED in May 2021.

For over 25 years Colin has been providing professional advisory services to NHS and other UK healthcare organisations. He was national lead at a healthcare specialist law firm on all major capital programmes and services projects, procurements and collaborations. Those projects cover acute, mental health and community services.

Colin now provides broader, independent commercial consultancy, risk and transaction advice to NHS and other healthcare providers. He is also Vice Chair and Senior Independent Director at Locala Community Partnerships, a large social enterprise company providing NHS community health and wellbeing services primarily in West Yorkshire.
