Successful engagement event held with young people in North East London
On Saturday 24th November, young people from North East London came together with staff from North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) and North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB) for the ‘All about me – your information and you’ workshop.
The aim of the workshop was for young people (13–17-year-old) and their parents/carers to discuss their rights in health care. This is one of the key priorities of the ‘All about me’ workshops.
The day involved fun activities where real-life scenarios around consent, capacity, safeguarding and confidentiality issues were discussed with everyone taking part in role play. Feedback from participants can be seen in the image below.
