Join the fully funded Diabetes Health and Wellbeing Programme in Tilbury
Are you a resident of Tilbury living with diabetes? You’re invited to participate in a free 15-week programme designed to enhance your health and wellbeing. This programme includes exercise, medication education, and personalised diet advice to support you with your diabetes.
The sessions will be delivered in the evenings at Tilbury Community Centre in the spring and summer.

Professional trainers from Impulse Leisure will guide you through tailored exercise routines and find an approach that suits your individual needs.
Learn about effective medication management strategies. Our clinical partners will provide valuable insights to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Discover the right foods to nourish your body. We’ll empower you with practical advice on maintaining a balanced diet.

The programme will start in the spring with dates to follow. People are encouraged to sign up with expressions of interest. Spaces are limited.
The programme is being delivered by professional trainers from Impulse Leisure in partnership with the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative (MSECC), a partnership of Essex Partnership University Trust (EPUT), North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT) and Provide Community Interest Company (Provide CIC). MSECC, alongside NHS partners working in the local Chadwell and Tilbury GP surgeries (The Chadwell and Tilbury Primary Care Network (PCN)) are working together to provide support to local residents with diabetes.
