Quality Improvement Facilitator Graduation
On the 20th of March 2024 the Quality Improvement Service were privileged to host and celebrate the project work undertaken by our fabulous graduates who had just completed Cohort 16 of the QI Facilitators Programme. This is a 9-month programme of learning whilst attendees carried out a quality improvement project within their services. Each attendee had their own allocated QI Coach to support them through the process of a quality improvement project.
The quality of the improvement projects was of a particularly high standard and we were very pleased to welcome Chris Tuckett, Clinical Director of AHPs and Service Managers who attended both virtually and in person. View the project posters here:
- Completing Clinical Observations on an Initial Assessment in Community Nursing
- Improve DNA Rates in Havering Paediatrics
- Improving equipment management within the Environmental Controls (EC) service
- Improving Patient Contact & Experience
- Improving Quality of Complaint Responses
- Increasing the number of therapeutic interventions received by patients
- Re-designing existing treatment pathways of Pulmonary Rehabilitation (PR) input in Redbridge Respiratory service
- Reduce the length of time young people wait for admission, following referral
- Reducing the number of days that are breaching the target for review appointment for children with special needs
- upporting Havering Nursing Homes on meeting their service users needs with a timely response
- To improve data collection rate of Whole School Approach (WSA) Groups
- To Improve the Outcomes of Orthotics Appointments for Children & Young People with ASD or Learning Difficulties
